    • Non-Personally Identifiable Information: Zip code, loan amount, approximate gross monthly income and debt, estimated credit score.
    • Personally Identifiable Information: Name, phone number, email address (collected when you fill out a lead form to contact a loan officer).
  • From Loan Officers:
    • NMLS ID, name, email address, phone number (collected when you use our SaaS products).

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit and interact with our Digital Properties, we (and our service providers and partners) may use cookies, pixels, web beacons, software development kits (SDKs), and other similar tracking technologies to collect certain information automatically, such as:

  • Device Information: Internet Protocol (IP) address, unique device identifiers, device location, browser type, operating system, and other technical information about your device.
